Calgary Co-op wanted to leverage existing human resources and financial solution investments and to deliver on strategic vision and increased productivity of employees to drive continued profitable revenue growth. The challenge was to simplify and rationalize the IT landscape and articulate and quantify a business case to support additional IT investment. Calgary Co-op engaged Oracle Insight to review Calgary Co-op's HR, Finance, and Procurement strategies and objectives and to assess processes, issues, and challenges and identified and prioritized capabilities required to address the organization's challenges.
