A customer had installed NetScaler appliance in the network. The users were logging in to the network through Access Gateway Enterprise Edition. The customer reported that some of the users had McAfee 8.0 antivirus software installed on the computer. When such users attempted a log in by using the Internet Explorer browser, the login attempt causes the browser Window of the user to crash. When a client security expression is configured for McAfee Enterprise Virus Scan 8.0.0, when the endpoint analysis is complete, Internet Explorer fails. To use a client security expression with this version of McAfee, have users disable the Buffer Overflow Protection feature in McAfee.
