Celestica wanted to replace multiple spreadsheets with an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that enables Celestica to more effectively track leads and opportunities and close sales and move to a hosted model to enable the company to get up and run quickly and focus on sales instead of technology management. The challenge was to automate the sales incentive process. Celestica implemented Oracle CRM On Demand to replace the existing system, which provided the company with an integrated, real-time global system and helped improve data integrity.
