CETIM wanted to support the board's strategy of developing unified professional and commercial initiatives for all members and enhance customer services for all members through a fully integrated customer relationship management platform. The challenge was to streamline internal processes and align with management goals, while providing robust control of public finances and drive positive cultural and operational change through greater internal collaboration on projects. CETIM replaced disparate legacy systems with Oracle's Peoplesoft Enterprise applications for financial, supply chain, and customer relationship management, creating an integrated enterprise infrastructure.
