Circle-E. has become one of Texas' most competitive and successful facilities service maintenance companies. Circle-E had an informal way of sharing information. It wanted to differentiate its services, improve efficiency and reduce costs by creating a centralized, searchable repository of information about customer facilities that field personnel could access using their Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs). Circle-E. deployed Google Search Appliance (GSA), which easily addressed all forms of content in the company's SQL Server database, and could make the information there easily accessible to employees from any browser or via field representatives' PDAs.
