College Eases Process Development, Creates a "Culture Shift" in Process Improvement
In order to boost the effectiveness of students, faculty, and staff throughout the institution, Florida State College at Jacksonville wanted to improve how it creates the IT solutions that support business processes. By adopting Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009 and SQL Server 2008, the college is able to develop such solutions even faster than it can adopt them. One example is a student retention process, which is showing great early promise. The entire college has become aware of the many possibilities for process improvement.
