To help remote and mobile employees communicate more effectively, Lionbridge decided to pilot Microsoft Office Communicator Mobile 2007 R2. By using Microsoft Lync and Office Communicator Mobile, employees were able to remain connected and productive when they were away from their offices. The company has significantly reduced its telephony systems, reduced costs, and improved global communications.
