Employees can also get information on the current status of the stock and the company's performance through the bank's intranet and quarterly brochures announce Take Ownership! Program updates and changes. There is human resources team which maintains the intranet and is responsible for all Take Ownership! Program communications. The stock program does not involve complicated vesting schedules or purchase agreements. Stock vests in stages over three years with one-third of the options vesting each year. Employees are free to buy and sell stock upon trade days.
