Das Rechtsbijstand (DAS) wanted to provide insurance customers with secure online access to their insurance claims dossiers for more responsive service and reduce costs, while ensuring transparency in dossier handling. The challenge was to enable rapid reaction to changes in laws and regulations, as well as to shifts in the market. Das Rechtsbijstand (DAS) implemented a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) based on Oracle technology to integrate the supply chain between the insurance intermediary and DAS, improving insight into the supply chain to facilitate decision-making.
