Executive Summary

The challenge for the large retail client was to identify the loyal customers and retain them. Understanding the customer behavior and store performance was key to structure, build and manage a loyalty program. Cequity profiled the segments further based on the key attributes to understand the customer and predict their behavior. Based on customer profiling and a predictive analysis of the next visit of the customer - a specific offer was provided to each of the segment to increase the spend and frequency.
