Delaware Department of Transportation's replaced 50 to 75 cumbersome spreadsheets for tracking capital projects by implementing Oracle's Primavera P5 to house all past, current, and future project data - greatly enhancing information accuracy and timeliness and used Primavera to manage and provide visibility into approximately 16,000 projects - 500 of which are active at any given time.
