The customer is a world leader in business travel management and consulting services, designing and implementing superior travel solutions in 150 countries. The customer wanted to develop a web interface for Agents for traveler profile maintenance, and the development of GDS (Global Distribution System) templates to facilitate Multi GDS connectivity. To achieve this, the customer needed to enhance its client services by leveraging IT, reducing time-to-market and improving availability. Mahindra Satyam built a corporate portal as a wrapper on existing heterogeneous applications and supported internal users including administrators and help desk.
