Due to the increase in staff numbers and in an attempt to cut back on resources, the Group decided to use Open Office for its 40 new employees. This combination of Open Office and Microsoft Office caused serious incompatibility issues and collaboration difficulties within the staff and with external partners. The main tool used by the company is Microsoft Outlook that facilitates the internal and external online communication of its staff. Administrative support employees also use Word processor, an easy application, familiar to a large number of users. The main benefit of Microsoft Office is the increase in staff productivity because the issue of a combined IT environment was finally settled. Reliable and accurate data are also directly available to the company's management.
