Eaton sought to invest in new IT initiatives and other strategic projects that could generate additional revenues and reduce costs along with increasing current capabilities and leverage existing resources. The company decided to engage another resource for the development and support of the MFG/PRO ERP system who could offer a broader scope of services at an optimum cost and support customizations as necessary, utilizing the standard Eaton tools for support and development. TCS provides an economical, flexible and effective resource pool to maintain and support Eaton's MFG/PRO ERP system. TCS team worked on the following development and support areas: 24x7 level 1 and level 2 helpdesk covering all sites in North America, and multiple sites in Europe, Asia Pacific.
