Executive Summary

Base One Technologies gets 300+ resumes each week via email and job portals. The resumes are transferred manually into ACT! and hence, painful. For the Recruiting Manager it meant more time spent on data entry and less on recruiting! Routine problems encountered were-manual data entry, cutting-pasting inappropriate data onto ACT! fields, entering duplicate resumes etc. The lack of an efficient resume management system handicapped the recruiting processes. Flipping the pages of "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Act! 2000", the Recruiting Manager came across ResumeGrabber, downloaded the trial version and started using it. All it required was 10 minutes to set up and train the recruiters.
