Export Development Canada (EDC) wanted to support the organization's move away from siloed sales and customer service by providing a unified view of customer data, regardless of what products each customer uses. The challenge was to increase transparency into business operations and performance. Export Development Canada (EDC) worked with Oracle Consulting to implement Oracle's Siebel CRM Financial Services to provide a 360-degree view of each customer, across all product lines, and standardize sales processes across the organization.
