FEMA Business Challenges is to increase the visibility of the FEMA-delivered National Flood Insurance Program training course, which is required for approximately 70,000 agents, lenders, and claims adjusters to sell flood insurance, reduce the cost of delivering training in classroom settings. They chose SumTotal to overcome these challenges. They launched SumTotal Learning to deliver their audience an improved, more modern learning experience and implemented integrated WebEx solution for virtual classroom functionality. The results of launching, SumTotal Learning were reduced the size of most instructor-led training courses, drastically increased the flexibility of the program, reduced the cost of program management, reduced the administrative personnel required to support the program and made classroom time more productive.
