Gardner-Webb University deployed Avaya Communication Manager 5.0; S8500 Server with three G350 gateways; Basic Call Management System in the contact center; 1700 endpoints (largely digital), including approximately 70 Avaya 4600 series IP stations; 20 users of Extension to Cellular and 20 IP Softphones; Avaya Global Services and Software Support Plus Upgrades (SS+U). As a result they improved customer satisfaction.
