Bradford College is one of UK's largest further education colleges in the country. They offer higher education outside of the university sector and have been providing quality education and training for over 175 years. Bradford College required an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that would help the company improve standards and achieve further accreditations. A CRM solution helps colleges become a successful employer with the Colleges Employer Engagement Strategy, the Train to Gain initiative, and helped achieve the Training Quality Standard. Bradford was earlier using a CRM system that was unable to meet the requirements of the college. Therefore, Bradford College and Concentrix came together to launch a CRM solution because of which the college was able to use technology in a manner that they are able to support employer engagement, the Train to Gain initiative, and helped them achieve the Training Quality Standard. This CRM solution also provided users with a solid and reliable that could be extended across the organization. With the Concentrix CRM solution, Bradford College was able to engage more effectively with local employers and was able to run again other training providers in a competitive manner. This CRM also helped curtain silos of information with the implementation of a central database. It allowed the college to capture, store and report data accurately. It was therefore able to provide access to more relevant data for the users.
