Grupo A2E de M?xico wanted to consolidate sales information to manage and improve procedures and operations for follow-up of sales and create a secure, up-to-date database of clients, prospects, accounts, and contacts to reduce loss of sales opportunities when employing new sales agents. The challenge was to provide sales agents with quick, easy, and secure access to online information to increase the time they can spend visiting clients. Grupo A2E de M?xico deployed a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that consolidated and helped manage sales information, enabling more accurate pipelines and more effective targeting and follow up of sales opportunities.
