ZithaKlinik wanted a reliable IT Service Management (ITSM) platform to boost service delivery and quality to internal and external customers. ZithaKlinik launched an IT Optimisation by Process Management (ITOP) project. Exigo Consulting conducted an in-depth IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) maturity assessment following ISO 15504 and customised ITIL training. ZithaKlinik deployed HP Service Manager 7, a fully integrated IT Service Desk, and several HP management modules.
