Executive Summary

Saretec is a French insurance claims adjuster that processes claims for large companies across France. Because the organization depends on e-mail to communicate internally and with customers, it was interested in finding a new solution that was highly available and easy to manage. The company also wanted to provide more flexibility and reliability for its mobile work force. To achieve those goals, Saretec upgraded its e-mail system to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
