Simi A/S was losing data because of the method of synchronization in its system powered by Microsoft products. It was wrong and needed to be changed. Simi A/S dropped Microsoft and turned to IBM and IntelliGlobe, an IBM Business Partner, whose software is based on IBM Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino. The solution included the IntelliGlobe Customer Relationship Management Solution, Lotus Notes and Domino all running on IBM iSeries and xSeries servers.
