Inter Partner Assistance wanted to create a robust and integrated IT infrastructure to support a growing volume of payments, currently numbering 1.5 million annually, and valued at more than US$155 million and improve information security and reduce errors in processes. The challenge was to reduce costs by eliminating manual processes and increasing process quality and provide a multicurrency and multicountry solution, enabling the group to use a single, centralized management system. Inter Partner Assistance implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 to create an integrated financial management system for settling claims as well as increased information security and control, and eliminated 100% of data errors by automating processes.
