Executive Summary

L&T LTM wanted to gain real-time insight into inventory levels to reduce costs and locate stock and track its movement through the organization. The challenge was to access accurate data on income and expenditure and address cash flow issues resulting from delayed collection of outstanding payments. L&T LTM engaged Oracle Certified Partner Larsen & Toubro Infotech to implement an enterprise resource planning system based on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials, Manufacturing, and Distribution modules, and integrate the system with an existing CRM platform as well as provided business managers with real-time access to data on inventory, expenses, and outstanding payments, ensuring they have control over these activities at all times.
