Lake County Upgrades ERP System on Time and Under Budget; Benefits From New Functionality

Lake County decided to upgrade to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 to ensure continued Premier Support and to take advantage of enhanced application functionality. Lake County completed the upgrade on time and under budget by US$6,000. It gained greater visibility into timecards, which saved time, improved insight to view approval routing, and allowed drill-down capabilities with transparent subledger accounting that increased visibility and provided cleaner ledgers, overall. Another key enhancement was that Oracle BI Publisher allowed Lake County to customize seeded reports such as the account analysis report, which provides detailed information about movement on a particular account for a period or range of periods to deliver pertinent information and generates the output in Excel format.
