HR/PAY is a fully integrated, state-of-the-art SAP human resource and payroll system used by the client. The organization decided to end its maintenance contract with a Tier 1 consulting company due to application maintenance and service levels issues. Mahindra Satyam replaced the provider and inherited a highly complex system that demanded the highest levels of availability within the corporation with minimal amount of documentation, no formal knowledge transfer and a pressing need to hit the ground running.
