This paper is a case study in how Message Systems provided an email messaging solution, Momentum, to Genius.com to solve their business problems. Genius.com had fast outgrown its existing messaging infrastructure. To manage its rapid expansion, sending reputation and deliverability, Genius wanted a high-capacity solution that could ensure inbox delivery, greater agility and real-time visibility. They needed a solution that could process and capture inbound bounce information and provide real-time reports on their results. Genius was also looking to add new, critical functionality, as the company's legacy infrastructure often required programmers to install time-consuming patches that made administration difficult. Momentum, from Message Systems, was the only message management platform with the performance, flexibility and visibility to send its customers' business-critical campaigns in a matter of minutes, deliver the right messages at the right time and place, and allow Genius to optimize its messaging operations. This paper discusses the benefits of using Momentum that were realized by Genius.com, such as a boost from carrier-class performance to more than double sending capacity. Genius now had a flexible infrastructure with modular extensibility, and could develop unique, advanced functions for its customers. Genius also had unlimited scalability to increase capacity while reducing costs. Finally, this paper draws attention to how Genius.com increased its email throughput by 300% by implementing a Message Systems solution.
