Mobiltel wanted to introduce new products to market quickly to stay ahead of the competition and maintain exceptional uptime for mission-critical CRM and billing applications. The challenge was to reduce software licensing costs and maximize hardware utilization. Mobiltel operated CRM and billing using three HP Integrity Superdome Servers with Intel Itanium 2 processors and leveraged HP hardware partitions (nPARs). The challenge was to use HP Mission Critical Partnership support services to avoid downtime.
