Mobotix IP Cameras Record Progress at University of Bedfordshire Redevelopment

Free registration required

Executive Summary

The University of Bedfordshire is using two Mobotix cameras installed by Lynx Networks to record the progress of the extensive redevelopment project at its Luton Campus. Time-lapse photography, taken automatically over 18 months, will allow the University to show a film of the demolition and construction of the new Student Centre and Student accommodation. The Mobotix IP cameras were chosen because they are designed to work in tough outdoor conditions without the need for moving parts or heaters, and, as they operate using power over Ethernet, they only require a network connection at the camera unit.
