Executive Summary

Ndevr used Salesforce.com to deliver basic customer relationship management services. However, as Ndevr increased in size and complexity, and in the wake of Oracle's acquisition of Siebel in 2005, it opted to migrate to Oracle CRM On Demand. They needed to contribute their own experience with Oracle products to deliver the highest-quality customer engagements possible. Ndevr migrated to Oracle CRM On Demand in 2007, but did not use the full range of functionality until the following year when it established correct processes and cleaned up its records.
