Newcastle City Council needed to integrate its new Council Tax application with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) package, and enable Customer Service Agents to deliver excellent service through easy access to Council Tax information. Newcastle City Council laid its SOA foundation with Progress Sonic ESB.
