Panda Security Case Study: Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH)

Date Added: Nov 2009

MCCMH's staff requires online access to the applications and information on the organization's network throughout their working day. Network access disruptions caused by Web-borne threats seriously hinder staff productivity. MCCMH needed a security product that would keep the organization's IT infrastructure, users and patient information safe without slowing down the systems to the point or rendering it unusable. While MCCMH was well aware that its existing security systems were not catching all the Internet-borne threats, the advanced nature of modern day malware is so sophisticated that users rarely notice a compromised system without the aid of a thorough and effective antivirus.
