Executive Summary

Paquetexpress wanted to establish a reliable, high-availability IT infrastructure to support the company's growth and unify and centralize a large volume of historical information about clients and providers for all company branches. The challenge was to automate payroll procedures for each branch to optimize HR and payroll performance and provide an e-commerce Web site to improve online services, including online tracking of package routing and delivery, forms for documentation, and for obtaining digital signatures. Paquetexpress worked with Oracle Partner Quanam Mexico to implement a solid, high-availability IT infrastructure, helping the company to achieve an annual growth rate of 25% and created a robust database with Oracle Database Enterprise Edition to manage and update data on 1.5 million clients and 5,000 providers.
