Peccin S.A. wanted to centralize and integrate all company information as well as accounting and financial processes, eliminating inconsistencies, such as duplications and redundancies, and accelerating product delivery and provide users with access to specific transactions, increasing accountability and enhancing the work of each employee in terms of quality and efficiency. The challenge was to improve purchasing processes with approval and tracking controls to reduce costs. Peccin S.A. implemented Oracle E-Business Suite to integrate and centralize all enterprise data, particularly in the accounting department and worked with Oracle Partner Innovative Management Consulting to create the customized Oracle-based Management Information System, enabling real-time access to information.
