Piraeus Bank wanted to integrate multiple, disparate Human Resource (HR) systems and establish a single version of truth and eliminate manual HR data processes to reduce errors and data duplication. The challenge was to reduce administrative burden within the HR department, which is responsible for managing and modifying all employee details and establish the ability to create custom reports for deeper analysis. Piraeus Bank worked with Oracle Partner Unisystems to implement Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management applications to consolidate employee data from multiple HR systems.
