The client is one of the largest investor-owned Utility Companies in the US. Patni is associated with the client in delivering software projects for over the last 7 years. Patni was faced with the challenge of delivering under extremely stiff deadlines, with very little lead-time for assessment preparation. The assignment also entailed close coordination between the offshore document review team, and the onsite teams responsible for the maturity questionnaire and audit. Patni adopted the onsite offshore model for carrying out the progress assessment. The project was executed in a stipulated time and budget.
