Owned by Portugal Telecom, SAPO is the largest Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Portugal. The company wanted to improve the stability of the messaging server and integrate instant messaging into a broad range of customer services. The challenge was to create a platform capable of supporting future growth. SAPO migrated to the Instant Messaging Server for which they appointed ProcessOne to support the migration and development process.
