The implementation of a formal Professional PM Mentoring Program for a major financial institution was one component of the organization's intent to "Achieve Project Management excellence." The objective of the PM Mentoring Program was to work with project managers to ensure that their projects were completed on time, on budget, and with the required quality. Management Concepts took a multi-discipline approach to delivering PM Mentoring to the Project Managers. Some of the processes and tools that were applied to this initiative are described in this case study.
