The challenge was to gain better control of credit procedures for granting and drawing down funds and for tracking collections, recording transactions, and paying commissions to agents. SOFOM E.N.R. implemented an integrated applications infrastructure with applications from Oracle E-Business Suite On Demand and Oracle Payroll - integrating sales, operational, financial, and administrative procedures of 26 branches.
