Italy-based publishing group 24 Ore Group publishes several print and online newspapers, periodicals, specialist books, and manuals. The company grew from multiple acquisitions, all of which had varied business interests. This left the company with a fragmented IT environment. To be able to develop a more integrated IT solution, 24 Ore Group sought a customer relationship management (CRM) system that would be able to meet its unique requirements. This Microsoft Dynamics CRM was easy to implement and had the ability to integrate data and applications from its disparate business units. 24 Ore Group was assisted by Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Praxi that ensured the Microsoft Dynamics solution was able to provide the company with customized workflows. The solution could be tailor-made to link the sales, accounting, and production data that were available on different applications. The CRM provided a customized user interface; incorporated a centralized database for sales, accounting, and production data; and provided customized workflows for sales, accounting, and product departments. This solution decreased downtime and made the marketing campaigns more targeted and effective.
