The customer is the world's leading provider for financial services products. The key objectives of the project were to: provide support for functional and quality testing for their version releases and ensure that the client's products are tested as part of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Mahindra's role involved: setting up a dedicated COE for providing QA/Functional Testing services to the client's core product and its external customers for their customized versions by leveraging the benefits of Mahindra Satyam's onsite-offshore model.
