This PeopleAnswers client historically maintained a relatively low annual employee turnover rate for the property management industry. But challenges remained in continually identifying the best people to fill many open skilled positions across the country at any given time, as well as improving employee retention. The PeopleAnswers software tool was implemented to help identify the best talent to fill staff and management positions at various properties. PeopleAnswers worked closely with company executives to develop custom Performance Profiles (a collection of behavioral traits that contributes most strongly and consistently to high employee performance) based on top performers in five specific positions.
