Servientrega wanted to integrate financial and Human Resources (HR) information systems to consolidate up-to-date data online to enable timely strategic decision making and improve the operating efficiency of the company's financial procedures to provide better budget control and execution. The challenge was to eliminate reprocessing and duplication of data to improve financial and HR procedures and automate HR and payroll procedures to maximize the performance of the department's personnel. Servientrega worked with Oracle Partner Quanam to integrate financial and HR information, providing a continuous and consistent flow of up-to-date information online and implemented Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management, eliminating manual financial procedures and facilitating cash flow control and budget execution.
