A leading producer of soft drink beverages engaged CSC to perform a High Impact Supply Chain Assessment (HISCA) to analyze three key business dimensions: supply chain management, SAP capability and enablement, and change management. Each dimension was subjected to a rigorous study to determine improvement opportunities that would deliver the greatest business benefits. CSC identified a number of benefit-delivering initiatives including SAP upgrade strategy. The workstreams resulted in large savings (including $2.3 million annually recurring) and business benefits like improved inventory availability.
