Executive Summary

Florida's Suncoast Center for Community Mental Health services faced the challenges to provide the most efficient services to clients and to comply with government mandates, Suncoast needed to transition from a paper-based records keeping system to a paperless, more efficient and accurate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) application. They wanted to consolidate servers and storage, as well as centralize systems management.
