To interest college students in programming, Ivan Andreev decided to create a cross-platform computer game. Working with the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, the Microsoft XNA Framework, and the Microsoft Silverlight 2 browser plug-in, he designed a game that he could migrate to multiple devices and Web browsers in less than an hour. As a result, he showed students that they could use the unified programming model to build applications more easily for a broader audience.
