Lemon Tree Hotel Company wanted to replace the standalone financial systems used by individual hotel properties with an integrated accounting platform and eliminate manual consolidation to improve data quality and speed the delivery of reports and the group balance sheet. The challenge was to provide senior managers with 24-hour access to accurate, up-to-date financial information, and enable them to analyze enterprise-wide performance or drill down to single properties. Lemon Tree Hotel Company engaged Oracle Certified Partner Alif Management Services to implement iBoss (its proprietary accounting package) on Oracle Database 10g and Oracle Application Server 10g and cut costs as a result of increased efficiency, improved financial management, and lower IT expenses.
