Executive Summary

Nassauische Sparkasse (Naspa) is the successor in title of the Landes-Credit-Casse that was established in 1840 by Adolph Duke of Nassau. Naspas lot of printers weren't network-ready; their operation, supply of toner and the management of such a varied fleet ran the costs up. Even without a benchmark, it was pretty clear that there was a huge savings potential. Naspa chose a comprehensive solution consisting of Lexmark devices. Naspa deployed Lexmark Managed Print Services. The total solution is tailored to Naspa's needs, but the printer fleet is largely standard so it can be used in every market and staff area.
