Platinum Equipment is a transportation and agriculture equipment supplier that provides a whole line of new and used truck trailers and heavy equipment. These are used for the transportation and agricultural companies in Canada and the United States. Platinum Equipment was faced with challenges because of the unpredictability of the transportation industry. Therefore, Maximizer Software Certified Solutions Provider partner Alpha Pacific Technologies was brought in to help Platinum Equipment move to the latest version of Maximizer CRM. Simultaneously, they had to upgrade server and security technologies. The CRM solution from Maximizer was also configured by Alpha Pacific Technologies so that the provider of transportation and agriculture equipment could store product specification sheets and customer information in the database. With this upgrade, the team members of the company were provided with the latest BlackBerry smartphones that had the Maximizer Mobile CRM installed on each device. Alpha Pacific also gave users an introductory training so that the team could get ready for work in the field in the shortest period of time.
